Lower Costs and Improved Finish!
Brightener Feeder Controllers automatically dispense electroplating brightener,
reducing the likelihood of over-application of the solution. This results
in lowering your operational costs and in improving the product finish.
RPE’s Brightener Feeder Controllers come mounted in all-plastic moulded
enclosures. They are equipped with electromagnetic drive metering pumps that
have an average capacity of 4 to 6 US gallons per day. (Higher capacity pumps
are available.)
Our controllers include the following features:

0-50 millivolts (derived from customer-supplied 0-50 millivolts metering shunt) |

Self-powered – featuring six-digit LCD |
| Pump Drive Output: |
120 colt, single phase, 2 amperes for wither 400 millisecond per count or 3.0 seconds per count –
selectable through the use of an internal jumper |
| Pump Priming: |
Accomplished through the use of a manually-operated, normally-opened momentary push button |
